Mark Segreti is a graduate of Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, with an A.B. degree and a major in history and political science. He was a member of the political science honorary and played varsity football with a national championship team. He earned his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law, with honors, and served on the Ohio State Law Journal, in which he published three student articles on important legal issues.

Mark Segreti has practiced law with large, medium, and small law firms, as well as being a trial attorney for the Ohio Attorney General’s office in environmental law. He has represented individuals, small businesses, social and charitable organizations, and governments. He has also placed special emphasis on complex legal matters, including class action law suits, and insurance coverage, and product liability matters, in trial and appeals courts.

Mark Segreti has been a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, the Greene County, Ohio Bar Association, and the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association. He has served in committees on trial and appellate matters. He has prepared friend-of-the-court briefs for the Supreme Court of Ohio to assist parties in cases involving insurance coverage for personal injuries or death of a family member, in addition to legal briefs on behalf of parties in such cases.

Mark Segreti was also a law professor for three years and has a detailed understanding of the legal process and strategies for the best results. He has advised other practicing lawyers, judges, and law students on legal issues, orally and through published, scholarly articles. This has included legal procedural articles as well as substantive legal theories.
